Mom-Child Classes

Baby Massage & Mama Fit

Mothers practice baby massage techniques and gentle movements for the early months; an exploration of positive touch for mother and baby. The modified Pilates exercises for post-natal recovery can help mothers gently workout while bonding with baby, and meet other new mothers, all in a safe and friendly environment. 

                                                     Ages 4 weeks to 6 months

Mom & Baby Yogalates

Babies are led through yoga-based sequences and energetic movements that stimulate their development. Throughout the class, modified Pilates exercises help mothers regain core muscle strength. The class aims to nurture your body and your bond with baby, while giving you a chance to meet other moms. Ages 6 to 15 months

Toddler Yoga

The SMART yoga (Stretch, Move, and Relax, Together) is a new and exciting approach to playful yoga for toddlers and preschoolers to experience with their mothers.

Kids Yoga

Fusing the art of play with traditional yoga these fun, light-hearted classes emphasize cooperation and kindness. They inspire and support children as they develop mind-body awareness. Ages 4-9 years

Kids Capoeira

Capoeira is a Brazilan martial art that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, and music; it focuses on developing physical agility, mental concentration, overall coordination, musical skills and sense of rhythm. Ages 4-12 years

Kids Zumba    

Zumba Kids®  classes are rockin’, high-energy, fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly, routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, swing, theatrical, Latin, cumbia and more. Ages 4-7 years and 8-12 years

Prenatal Yoga

Easy, relaxing adaptations of classic yoga practices that are suited for the physique, strength, and emotional wellbeing of pregnant women.

STOTT Pilates Mat 

A set of balanced exercise sequences guaranteed to get you leaner, stronger, and more flexible. 

Results of regular sessions are: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized, and moves with ease.

Ashtanga Yoga
The emphasis is on movement coordinated with the breath (vinyasa), specific visual or mental focus (drishti) and the use of energetic locks (bandha) to build internal heat, awaken core energies and move toward a natural state of meditation. Depending on readiness, students are led through either the first half or the full Primary Series, and will finish up the class with the full closing series, in a way that is accessible to all abilities.  
Hatha Yoga
This 60 minute class is a gentle, basic yoga class with slow flow between poses. You can expect a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and a seated meditation in the end.

Mindful Yoga

Get connected to yourself! A slow and steady sequence will get your mind and body synced during the practice by using breath and self inquiry. Weekly themes (such as: acceptance, self-love, fear, etc.) will be discussed to build mindfulness and take your practice to the next level.

Power Yoga

An energising, challenging, and powerful class which highlights asanas, movement of breath, and meditation. Expect to move, sweat breath and leave transformed! All levels are welcome, women only 18yrs+.

Vikasa Core Strength Yoga
Vikasa ("Evolution of Yoga") is an ever evolving process of combining and assimilating elements to achieve a noticeable increase in your muscle strength. This style is based on integrating deep core work with precise alignment, combining active dynamic exercises from different yoga disciplines, with its origin from Thailand.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa style yoga helps you glide through your practice while working on a wide variety of poses. This style of yoga is a balance between maintaining calm and focus through the breath, and physical ability to link poses together as fluid movements. The aim of this class is to build endurance and to improve range-of-motion leading to increased flexibility. Each movement follows the breath, creating a flowing sequence, challenging your mental and physical boundaries.

Yin Yoga
This type of yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body, often called 'yoga for the joints', it helps regulate the flow of energy in the body. It enjoys a more meditative approach and helps to maintain flexibility, calm and balance the mind, cope with anxiety and stress. 

Yin Yang Yoga

The 90 minute class involves a mix of energetic Hatha yoga postures (Yang) and restorative poses (Yin). You will build heat and agility in the body, concentrate on breath work, and release tension through a balance of movement and stillness. This practice will leave you feeling balanced in both mind and body.

Yoga Nidra for Relaxation

Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. It helps to counteract the effects of living in a chronic state of overstimulation and exhaustion. During this class, the instructor will use a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation.

Yoga Therapy
Each week there will be a series of poses relating to a physical area of the body that relieve pain an tension, an get your energies flowing properly again! Yoga Therapy also treats the emotional and mental blocks which occupy these physical spaces of the body.
