Baby Massage & Mama Fit
practice baby massage techniques and gentle movements for the early months; an
exploration of positive touch for mother and baby. The modified Pilates
exercises for post-natal recovery can help mothers gently workout while bonding
with baby, and meet other new mothers, all in a safe and friendly environment.
Ages 4 weeks to 6 months
Mom & Baby Yogalates
Babies are led through yoga-based sequences and energetic movements that stimulate their development. Throughout the class, modified Pilates exercises help mothers regain core muscle strength. The class aims to nurture your body and your bond with baby, while giving you a chance to meet other moms. Ages 6 to 15 months
The SMART yoga (Stretch, Move, and Relax, Together) is a new and exciting approach to playful yoga for toddlers and preschoolers to experience with their mothers.
Ages 18 to 36 months

Get connected to yourself! A slow and steady sequence will get your mind and body synced during the practice by using breath and self inquiry. Weekly themes (such as: acceptance, self-love, fear, etc.) will be discussed to build mindfulness and take your practice to the next level.
An energising, challenging, and powerful class which highlights asanas, movement of breath, and meditation. Expect to move, sweat breath and leave transformed! All levels are welcome, women only 18yrs+.
Vinyasa style yoga helps you glide through your practice while working on a wide variety of poses. This style of yoga is a balance between maintaining calm and focus through the breath, and physical ability to link poses together as fluid movements. The aim of this class is to build endurance and to improve range-of-motion leading to increased flexibility. Each movement follows the breath, creating a flowing sequence, challenging your mental and physical boundaries.
Yin Yang Yoga
The 90 minute class involves a mix of energetic Hatha yoga postures (Yang) and restorative poses (Yin). You will build heat and agility in the body, concentrate on breath work, and release tension through a balance of movement and stillness. This practice will leave you feeling balanced in both mind and body.
Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. It helps to counteract the effects of living in a chronic state of overstimulation and exhaustion. During this class, the instructor will use a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation.
